Please read these terms carefully before using PakOnlineBazar, purchasing our software, creating an account, investing, or making any transaction through our platform.

No Fraud

Fraud, fake documents, fake payments, illegal selling or scams are strictly prohibited.

No Abusive Language

Bad language, threats, harassment, hate speech or disrespectful behavior may block your account.

Software Access

Software access, subscriptions, setup and service fees are governed by the selected plan.

Investor Exception

Verified investor amounts may be reviewed separately according to company policy and records.

Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By using PakOnlineBazar, creating an account, buying our software, listing products, investing, contacting support or making any payment, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.

  • You must provide correct, complete and real information during registration and verification.
  • You are responsible for all activity performed through your account, login details, shop profile or investor profile.
  • If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform or purchase any service.
Section 02

Software Purchase, License & Usage

PakOnlineBazar sells software access, shop management tools, listing features, dashboard services, support and related digital services. Buying a plan gives you permission to use the software; it does not transfer ownership of PakOnlineBazar, its code, database, design or brand.

  • You may use the software only for lawful shop, customer, billing, order, inventory or approved business activity.
  • You may not copy, resell, modify, reverse engineer, hack, duplicate, share or misuse the software without written permission.
  • Plan features, product limits, listing limits, support levels and charges may differ according to your selected package.
  • We may update, improve, remove or change features when needed for security, performance or business reasons.
Software/service fees are linked with digital access and platform usage. Please review the selected plan before making payment.
Section 03

Account Rules & User Responsibility

Every user, shop owner, seller, customer, investor, partner or team member must use PakOnlineBazar in a professional and honest way.

  • Do not create fake accounts, duplicate accounts, misleading profiles or false shop/investor information.
  • Do not upload illegal, fake, copyrighted, harmful, adult, abusive or misleading content.
  • Keep your password and account access private. PakOnlineBazar is not responsible if your account is misused due to your negligence.
  • Report suspicious activity immediately through official support channels.
Section 04

Fraud, Scam & Illegal Activity Policy

Fraud, cheating, fake payments, fake investment claims, fake product listings, chargeback abuse, illegal selling, fake delivery, money laundering, identity misuse or any scam-related activity is strictly prohibited.

  • If any user commits fraud or suspicious activity, PakOnlineBazar may block, suspend, restrict or permanently close the account without prior notice.
  • PakOnlineBazar is not responsible for private conversations, personal promises, outside deals, WhatsApp/call deals, third-party transactions or fraud committed between users outside the official platform process.
  • Any amount available in a fraud-related account may be held, adjusted, investigated or refused for refund according to company policy, transaction records and applicable law.
  • We may share fraud-related information with payment partners, legal authorities or affected parties when required for investigation or compliance.
Clear rule: if fraud is found, PakOnlineBazar will not be responsible for the fraudster's private dealings, conversations or false commitments.
Section 05

Abusive Language, Harassment & Misconduct

Users must communicate respectfully with PakOnlineBazar staff, customers, sellers, investors and other users. Abusive language, threats, hate speech, blackmail, harassment, spam, vulgar content or disrespectful behavior is not allowed.

  • If you use abusive language or misconduct, we may warn, restrict, suspend or permanently block your account.
  • If your account is blocked due to abuse, fraud, harassment or policy violation, any available amount may not be returned.
  • PakOnlineBazar may remove your listings, messages, shop profile, investor profile or account content if it violates platform rules.
  • Repeated violations can result in permanent ban from all PakOnlineBazar services.
Important: accounts blocked for abusive language, fraud or serious violation are not eligible for normal refund of remaining amount, subscription fee or service fee.
Section 06

Payments, Charges & Refund Policy

All prices, software fees, setup charges, subscription charges, product listing charges, service charges or other paid features must be paid through approved payment methods only.

  • Once software access, setup, subscription, activation or digital service is provided, the fee is generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds for duplicate payments, failed activation or technical billing mistakes may be reviewed after verification of payment proof.
  • Plan change, downgrade, unused days, account inactivity or personal decision to stop using the platform may not qualify for cash refund.
  • If an account is involved in fraud, abuse, fake activity or policy violation, PakOnlineBazar may refuse refund and may block the account.
Please keep your payment receipt, transaction ID, phone number and account email safe for verification.
Section 07

Investor-Specific Conditions

If you are an investor, your approved investment record, verification status, payment proof and company policy will decide how your case is handled. Normal software refund rules and investor amount rules are different.

  • Only verified and approved investor amounts shown in official PakOnlineBazar records may be considered for investor-related review.
  • Investment does not guarantee profit, fixed return, business success, customer growth or loss-free results.
  • If an investor account is involved in fraud, fake documents, abusive behavior or illegal activity, the account may be blocked and the case may be investigated.
  • Investor amount return, if applicable, will be processed only after identity verification, record checking, settlement review and company approval.
Exception rule: blocked users are generally not eligible for refund, but verified investor funds may be reviewed separately if the investor is genuine and records support the claim.
Section 08

Third-Party Services & Outside Deals

PakOnlineBazar may display shops, sellers, partners, riders, payment options, delivery services or third-party links. We try to keep the platform professional, but each user is responsible for their own lawful activity.

  • Do not make payments to unknown persons outside official methods without verification.
  • PakOnlineBazar is not liable for losses caused by private agreements, personal chats, external links, outside payment numbers or unauthorized representatives.
  • Only official notices, official receipts and verified records from PakOnlineBazar will be considered valid for support or dispute review.
Section 09

Security, Verification & Data Accuracy

We may request verification details, payment proof, identity information, shop details or investor documents to protect the platform from fraud and misuse.

  • Submitting fake, edited, stolen or misleading documents is a serious violation.
  • We may delay approval, hold transactions or restrict account access during verification or investigation.
  • You must keep your phone number, email, shop information and payment details updated.
Section 10

Limitation of Liability

PakOnlineBazar provides digital tools and platform services. We work to maintain secure and reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every business purpose.

  • We are not responsible for losses caused by user fraud, incorrect information, outside deals, internet issues, device problems, third-party services or misuse of account access.
  • We do not guarantee profit, sales, investment return, customer orders, ranking, traffic or business success.
  • Our liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid directly to PakOnlineBazar for the relevant service, subject to verification and applicable policy.

Changes to These Terms

PakOnlineBazar may update these Terms & Conditions when needed for security, legal, operational or business reasons. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Please review this page regularly, especially before making payments, buying software plans or investing.

Contact & Dispute Reporting

If you believe there is a payment mistake, account issue, fraud case, abusive behavior or investment record issue, contact PakOnlineBazar support with complete proof.

  • Provide your full name, registered mobile/email, transaction ID, screenshots and a clear explanation.
  • Do not send abusive messages to support. Respectful communication helps us solve the issue faster.
  • PakOnlineBazar will review cases according to official records, payment proof and company policy.
